FREE Access To Our New EMR System. Do You Qualify?

We’re excited to announce the pilot release of our new Electronic Medical Records system – Universal Office EMR.

For the past few years, we’ve been developing a new web-based solution tailored for medical doctors. Based on years of research, experience and networking with our clients, we’ve implemented an end-to-end Electronic Medical System (EMR) and OHIP billing solution.

This month, we are selecting three additional pilot clients to use the system at no charge for a year. As a pilot client, you’ll provide us feedback on our new system. And in return, you will receive a special discount on the new UO EMR system once your pilot year ends – so you can continue using the services and functions that you helped build.

What is UO EMR?

Developed using the latest technology, UO EMR is a cloud-based Electronic Medical System accessible from your browser. It can be hosted online or installed on a computer you dedicate as the server. The system includes a variety of functions, including:

MCEDT Integration: This includes OHIP billing, real-time health card validation, claim validation before submission, and easy-to-read MCEDT reconciliations and error reports.

Patient Medical Records: Track and organize all medical records that go hand in hand with OntarioMD EMR requirements. You can also write electronic Encounter notes, store lab requisitions, prescribe medication, and manage the rest of the Cumulative Patient Profile (CPP) sections.

Layout Customization: User preference customization is available throughout the system (e.g. font size, visual representation of screens).

Scheduling, Billing and More: The calendar, correspondence, third-party medical billing and more are features that make admin tasks much easier.

Paperless Office: One central file management system keeps all your files and documents digital (attach, scan, download and create files).

Do you qualify?

To qualify as a pilot user, your facility must comply with the following guidelines:

  1. You are a full-time operational medical and OHIP billing clinic.
  2. You have up to five medical doctors (preferably family doctors).
  3. You want to take your office paperless.

UO EMR is a true web-based experience that can transform your practice into an efficient business. As a pilot user, your feedback is our number-one priority – so keep us informed!

To apply, please visit http://www.uoemr.com/apply-for-pilot/ and complete your application, or email uoemr@antibex.com to request more details.
