As you know, the HCAI rollout began in the spring of this year, starting with Tier 1 selected facilities. As you read this newsletter, Tier 3 rollout is coming to an end. Every facility, both previously enrolled and new businesses, should now have received an effective date, and be submitting, or are ready to submit OCFs to HCAI.
Please note that in order to participate in the HCAI rollout, you must register and be approved by HCAI by submitting an enrollment form. In case you have not yet done so, please take a look at the HCAI Rollout Schedule for your designated effective date, and then review the Registration process for specific details.
A new release of the HCAI system is scheduled to be deployed on March 7th, 2011. There are minor changes in this release that will impact PMS vendors, including deprecated PAF and professional codes, as well as new professional codes.
