The Professional Services Guideline has been revised effective September 1, 2010. All rates and fees are additionally subject to the HST when applicable. Please note that the fees for the completion and submission of the forms listed in the revised Professional Services Guideline are capped at $200. These fees include all assessments and work required to complete and submit the forms.
The revised Transportation Expense Guideline applies to all travel that occurs on or after September 1, 2010, regardless of the date the accident occurred. The transportation expense rate has increased from $0.34/km to $0.38/km.
