Client-Tailored Business Set-Up

We’re happy to provide custom set-up services for your organization, which means we configure Universal Office to suit the unique requirements of your practice management. As part of our initial set-up service, our team conducts a business analysis for you and maps your key functions such as reception, office management, and healthcare practice.

Data Migration

Transferring from another software? We can help you adapt to your new practice management system by importing your patients’ demographic information for FREE from your current system into Universal Office. This complimentary service includes data such as first name, last name, gender, date of birth, telephone numbers, and addresses.

We can transfer demographic data from the following software:

  • CareWare
  • Clinic Master
  • Copen
  • PMP
  • Practice Perfect
  • Rehab/Physio Plus
  • Spreadsheets and Microsoft Access Database
  • York Med
Do you use software not listed above? Contact us, and we’ll let you know if we can make the transfer.

You can request a quote to transfer additional information, such as appointments, case details, injuries, billing, treatment plans, invoices, reconciled payments, and so on. We will review and analyze your request, and provide you with an estimate.

Training

To get everyone up to speed, we offer instructor-led online training sessions for your entire team. Most users are able to start immediately after the product is installed. Simply choose from the variety of training packages available from our Training page, and contact us to schedule your session!

System Requirements

A server consumes more resources than a client, and therefore, requires more processing power, memory, and disk space. The hardware requirements for a server will also depend on the number of simultaneous users. The CPU and memory requirements increase as the number of simultaneous users increases.
