Universal Office comes equipped with a powerful tool that provides custom financial and statistical reports, making your data easily accessible and transparent. This goes beyond the typical capabilities usually found in practice management software.
Most practice management systems in the industry provide only a limited number of reports. Others allow you to filter your data for one-time use, which means every time you need a report you must invest your time to pull it together.
Universal Office allows you to craft your own report from scratch. You can choose the data you want to appear on the report, adjust layout and fonts, pick your filter parameters, and much more. Once satisfied with what you’ve created, you can then save the template and reuse it. This saves you time and makes your job easier every time you need to extract information.
All your reporting needs can be served by Universal Office. You can create simple lists, such as a list of new patients, or more complex reports, such as outstanding invoices issued by approved treatment plans (OCF-18 and OCF-23). With Universal Office, you can also create bar, pie charts and other types of graph reports to visually represent information. Graphic reports can be useful in comparing and analyzing information, such as issued invoices versus payments received per calendar month.
Access the Online Template Library
There are plenty of report templates ready-made for you to use. Every Universal Office customer enjoys unlimited access to our Online Template Library. You can choose from hundreds of templates including patient lists, outstanding balances, collections, mediation summaries, account receivables (A/R), treatment plans, and many other powerful reports.
The Online Template Library is constantly updated with new reports, and revisions are made to improve existing templates.
Organize and Authorize
You have the flexibility to organize your reports into folders, and give the folder a custom name. All relevant report templates will appear in the folder you designate.
For example, you can arrange all Collection reports separately from Patient Lists or Referral reports.
Organizing your templates this way also helps you prevent unauthorized access to information. You have the power to restrict users so they can only access certain folders, keeping your important data secure.
