Beyond our practice management system, we’re known for our stellar customer support and Universal Office training. In continuous efforts to perfect this customer service, we’re changing our Support and Training Policy.
Since the founding, we’ve offered complimentary training on Universal Office. That free and unlimited access to training will now be available 24/7 on our knowledge base. Our brand new online video tutorials posted in the Training Videos section on support.antibex.com walk you through Universal Office functions step by step – giving our customers tutorials any time, anywhere. This video series is ongoing, so check the knowledge base periodically for new videos and articles.
With the launch of our new free video tutorials, comes the end of our free instructor-led training. Starting October 1, 2016, live training offered online and via telephone will no longer be a complimentary service (for new or existing subscribers). Once implemented, our free support will be limited to troubleshooting and resolving issues, directing all training questions to our knowledge base.
Need live training via telephone or online? We will soon offer training packages for the ultimate instructor-led training to give the free trial and existing customers a more personalized experience. Look out for more details on these training packages, which we plan to introduce here, on our blog, in September 2016.
These efforts will allow us to improve our Universal Office training courses, perfect our support and call centre live response-time, and enrich our knowledge base with more articles and training videos.
