That means instead of calling in or sending email requests, you will be able to easily renew your subscription, update your billing and credit card information, and list and download your invoices and receipts issued for payment for your Universal Office license – all from one easy-to-use online Client Portal.

The license subscriptions module of UFILO is your very own private and secure customer portal that enables you to manage your Universal Office license subscription(s). This portal will allow you to manage your payment methods, modify and update your billing details, add and remove subscription managers, upgrade/downgrade/cancel and restore subscriptions, as well as list and download your invoices and receipts. Enjoy 24/7 access to your Universal Office license subscription and invoices issued to your facility by Antibex Software.

To ensure your payment information is secure, this system is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The credit cards you add to your UFILO profile are actually stored in the secure payment profile of our credit card processing and payment solutions provider – FirstData. No part of your credit card information is stored on UFILO. In fact, every time you request to list your payment methods, UFILO places a request with FirstData. This also means you can add and manage payment information as needed.
Upgrade and downgrade your subscription.
UFILO puts you in control, which means you can easily upgrade and downgrade your subscription as needed – any time, anywhere.
Change “Bill To” details.
Now you can change the “Bill To” information as needed to appear on invoices and receipts issued for your Universal Office subscription. This allows you to have receipts and invoices issued to the name of your choice.

Over the next several weeks, we will be inviting active subscribers of Universal Office to activate their UFILO account in order to manage your facility’s UO subscription. Once activated, you will have access to other core features of UFILO. Remember, this is a beta version – which means we are looking forward to feedback from our first users.
