There are no additional fees to transfer patient demographic information, such as first name, last name, gender, date of birth, telephone numbers, and addresses. If you are looking to transfer additional data, such as appointments, case details, injuries, billing, treatment plans, invoices, reconciled payments, and so on, we will review and analyze your request, and then provide you with a quote.
A server consumes more resources than a client, and therefore, requires more processing power, memory, and disk space. The hardware requirements for a server will also depend on the number of simultaneous users. The CPU and memory requirements increase as the number of simultaneous users increases. Universal Office can submit OCF-18, OCF-21B, OCF-21C, OCF-23, and Form 1 to insurers electronically via HCAI. Universal Office also receives Adjuster Responses (Approved, Partially Approved, Not Approved) from HCAI. Any messages and comments on proposed goods and services that accompany Adjuster response are also delivered to Universal Office.
