As part of our services, we offer the creation and implementation of custom reports and form templates. This policy outlines the conditions under which we provide these services, including evaluation, pricing, publishing, and exclusivity.
Evaluation
Upon receiving an order for a custom report or form template, we will assess the complexity and estimated implementation time of the requested task.
Pricing
For most custom template requests, we offer a discounted quote where we cover 2/3 of the cost to build the template. This allows us to share a portion of the expenses with you, our valued client.
In the case where exclusivity is required, we will provide a full-price quote for the labor cost to build the template. It is important to note that if another client places an order for the same template in the future and opts for the cost-sharing option, the template will be published to the library.
Publishing
Once the custom template is built, we will publish it to the corresponding template library. This library will serve as a centralized location where you can easily access and download the template at any time.
Exclusivity
If exclusivity is desired for a custom template, please inform us during the ordering process. We will then provide a quote for the full price of the labor cost to build the template, ensuring that it remains exclusive to your organization.
