To ensure sustainable, high-quality service, we are updating our policy regarding read-only access to the Universal Office interface.
Policy Update
- Transition to Paid Access: Read-only access to Universal Office is now available as a one-time paid service. A fee of $850 applies to all users, current or former, wishing to retain or restore access.
- Access Includes: View and retrieve historical records, invoices, and other data within Universal Office.
- Technical Support: Not included in the access fee. Support is billed per incident as requested.
Next Steps
If you wish to retain or restore read-only access, please contact our billing department to arrange payment. Users who do not wish to continue will have access terminated automatically, with no action required.
