We’re excited to announce that we have just launched our first version of – Online Chart Notes. Online Chart Notes is a web-based application that lets you build, create, and manage clinical notes from any device, anywhere, anytime on CaseRM.
Keep in mind that chart notes created in CaseRM do not sync with Universal Office. CaseRM is a stand-alone platform independent of Universal Office. However, it’s easy to create patient files in CaseRM and start charting.
With online chart notes healthcare providers have the ability to sign off and lock each chart note – a requirement by many health professional colleges. Once locked, no changes can be made to the note, however, amendment notes can be added and signed off on for any specific section that needs correcting.
What can you do with online Chart Notes?
CaseRM online Chart Notes are tailored to accommodate various formats from simple to complex that may include checkboxes, body charts, notepads, and spine charts.
Our Online Charting app offers eight tools (more coming soon!) to help you build your soap notes, including:
- Body Chart: Draw on a human body diagram to indicate areas of concern or treatment.
- Spine Chart: Mark the spinal segments that are affected or treated.
- Notepad: Sketch drawings by hand.
- Checkboxes: Select from a list of common symptoms, findings, treatments, or recommendations.
- And more!
You can also print and download your chart notes in PDF format for easy sharing.
How can you get started with online Chart Notes?
All clients with an active subscription to Universal Office have access to Chart Notes at no additional cost. If you already have a CaseRM account, you can access online Chart Notes now.
