We are excited to announce that our growing web-based case management system, UFILO, has a new name, a new look – and even new apps!
Last year we decided to give UFILO a new name that truly does it justice. So, say goodbye to UFILO, and welcome CaseRM: the Case Relationship Management system.
What’s New & Improved?
The new name and fresh look are just the beginning of our latest progress. We’ve added new apps and functionality: Case Files, Contacts, and Calendar. We hope you are as excited as we are!
Many of you already have a CaseRM account and you use it to manage your subscription to Universal Office.
Now, you can also manage case files, organization-wide and location-based contacts, and schedule appointments – all from the comfort of your web browser and smartphone.

Your free CaseRM account will always include:
- 5 members (employees/users) per organization
- 2 GB of storage space
- One organization with unlimited branches (locations)
- Unlimited case files

This new platform will continue to grow as we add premium apps and features in the months to come. Our new and upcoming features will include:

Please note that the case files you create in CaseRM are not synced with Universal Office.
However, in the coming months, we are working to marry the two systems in stages, which will allow you to access the information in Universal Office on demand from our cloud-based CaseRM.
