With the help and feedback from our clients, Antibex Software has consistently integrated new features into our flagship product, Universal Office. In order to provide comprehensive releases with every update, features are constantly being added and revised. In our winter release, Antibex will include the following additions to the Universal Office. As each new feature is released, it will be announced in the “Recent Universal Office Updates” section of this newsletter.
Document Scanning
This feature will allow administrators to scan letters from adjusters, progress and assessment reports, and other documents that are related to the designated patient’s file. After scanning, the user can attach any given document to the patient’s file for easy access. Electronic storage will allow users to access complete files via the click of a mouse.
Extended Health Clam Forms
A cluster of new Private and EHC insurance forms will be added to the Universal Office list of features. The system will help administrators and patients to quickly complete Great West, Green Shields, Sunlife, and many other claim forms by pre-loading patient’s information every time the form is created.
