Our team appreciates your participation and input you’ve given over the past year. Your suggestions and new ideas for Universal Office help us constantly improve the tools you work with day in day out, allowing us to reach new possibilities. We wouldn’t be able to do it without you!
In addition to releasing HCAI updates and other improvements within Universal Office, over the past 12 months we’ve managed to deliver TELUS Health eClaims and rebuild our eBroadcast module.
You ask, we listen – two more modules are near completion! These are:
- WSIB eServices Module: After first releasing WSIB eServices Module back in 2012, we’ve gathered numerous change requests since then, and they’re finally about to go live!
- SMS Notifications: Many of our customers mentioned that they would benefit from an SMS feature in Universal Scheduling – a module that will allow sending notifications to your patients via text.
The good news is that both of these modules are now in the final stages of testing. Check our blog for the official release.
