With our latest release the following features are now available:
- User Permission enables you to restrict users from unauthorized changes to scheduled appointments.
- Payment Distribution allows a partial payment to be distributed among invoices in the Record Payment screen.
- A Transactions tab has been added to the Resource Manager where patient charges per provider can be viewed.
- Basic patient and case information can be viewed from the Appointment Book via the right-click menu.
- Payment records can now be previewed from the Record Payment window.
- Import/Export function has been added to Reports Manager Plus.
- Additional customization to reports in the Reports Manager Plus has been added. These options are: sorting fields by ascending/descending, adding company’s logo onto reports, and placing additional fields on an existing report.
- The Bill To can be changed on the Billing Statement to MVA Insurer, EHC Insurer, Legal Rep, and Other.
- Patient Information is printed in addition to the Bill To information on EHC Invoices and Billing Statements.
- Appointments can now be listed by date in ascending and descending orders in the “Find Appointment” window
