Since our founding, we have offered a no-strings-attached free trial to all new customers – because we want you to try before you buy, without feeling obligated to subscribe. This free trial also means no set-up or installation fees, and we’ve even extended our policy to existing customers who open and/or subscribe additional locations.
We just want to clarify where the free trial ends and a subscription begins. When you first subscribe your facility to Universal Office – whether switching from manual (paper) files to electronic or switching from another system – you are eligible for the free trial. However, if you decide to rename your facility, to open a new one using Universal Office data from a previously deactivated subscription, or if your trial period has already lapsed, the free trial does not apply.
In order to continue to offer free trials for new customers, as well as no set-up fees, low prices and unlimited support – we have to enforce our free trial policy. It’s this dedication to quality service that keeps us striving for improved practice management and affordable subscription packages.
