Universal Office License Subscription Price Changes

In continuous efforts to improve our customer service and enrich our product offering, we are announcing slight changes in our pricing policy.

Starting September 1, 2017, the 1-user monthly subscription will increase to $60 per month. Therefore, all customers subscribed to the 1-user plan will see a rate increase for their September 2017 renewal.

If you’ve prepaid for the year and your subscription is beyond September 2017, your rate change will take place on the date of renewal.

The a la carte licenses of up to 10 users are also priced at $60 per user/month, thus choosing from one of the available packages (instead of picking a loose number of users) will always save you money on your license subscription fees.

All customers currently subscribed to a la carte packages under 10 users (subscribed to a number of users other than the offered value packages) such as two, four, six, eight and nine users, starting September 1, 2017, will be renewed at the adjusted rate of $60 per user/month or you can simply upgrade to one of the existing packages to save on your license subscription.

All prices with our grandfathered standard packages/value-packs (such as three, five, seven, 10, and 15 users) will remain unchanged as long as you keep that plan.

These changes are part of our efforts to improve our services and make our support centre more available. We will continue to work hard to keep you up to date with latest legislative changes and at the same time reduce your wait time even further when you contact our customer help desk.
