Introducing Batch Billing for eClaims!

Back in January of this year, we announced the integration of Universal Scheduling with TELUS Health eClaims. Since then, our users have experienced its many benefits – and now there’s a new one! Introducing Batch Billing as the newest feature in the Universal eClaims module, allowing users to issue invoices for hundreds of services in seconds.

Are you a Universal eClaims veteran who has already connected TELUS Health eClaims account with Universal eClaims? If so, then you know eClaims in Universal Office is a real time saver for the extended health claims originating from your practice management system. There is no longer a need to access the eClaims service provider portal for EHC medical billing to participating insurers. In addition, with invoices automatically saved in patients’ case files, reconciling payments just became much easier.

New to Universal eClaims? No worries, our Guide to Universal eClaims and TELUS Health eClaims is Integrated: Now What? blog post will help you get started.

If you’re a long-time HCAI user, you will also want to check out the 10 Differences Between TELUS eClaims & HCAI article to help you better understand the specifics of the eClaims module.

Remember, since TELUS eClaims does not allow users to submit services older than 31 days, you want to be sure to submit past services before the deadline. Otherwise, those services will have to be sent to insurers the old-fashioned way.

Are you using Universal Office to its full potential? Be sure to visit our blog regularly, as we share useful tips for Universal Office and keep you in-the-know of industry news.

Batch Billing is just the beginning – we will soon have more exciting news to share. Stay tuned!
