Assessment, IE, Rebuttal, and Tort tracking
Good news for Assessment centres! Antibex has released a new version of Universal Office© with a full set of functionality features for Assessment Centres. Customers will be able to handle paperwork processes with ease for Assessments, Assistive Devices, Rebuttals, and Torts. Coverage applies from the date of referral to the point of collection. Now assessment centres can track In-Home, FAE, Follow-Ups, Worksite, Psychological and other specialty assessments with ease. All important dates such as Faxed, Approved, IE Dates, Rebuttals and others are stored and tracked for all assessments. Centres can maintain a separate correspondence log for each and every assessment. The new features will assist all office staff in efficiently monitoring Adjuster Response Overdue, Assessments to be Booked, Awaiting Report, IE Response Overdue, Rebuttal Reports Due, and many other alerts that will eliminate mistakes and misplaced files.
Appointment Book Updates
- Improved Appointment Book Printout: The appointment book is now printed in the same way it is displayed on the schedule, eliminating possible misunderstandings.

Treatment Plans, OCF-22s, and Invoices
Every OCF-18 and OCF-22 can now be identified by the reason for which they were issued. For treatment plans, you will know if it is prepared for Assistive Devices, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage or other services. For OCF-22s you will know whether it was prepared for an In-Home, FAE, Psychological, etc. And for the invoices, exactly what is invoiced.
