We all understand the challenges that come with MVA case files – whether you’re speaking with insurance adjusters, providing required documentation, monitoring charges per OCF-18s and OCF-23s, collecting outstanding balances, prepping for a LAT dispute, or completing FSCO’s yearly mandatory questionnaire.
Reports in Universal Office simplify these complicated tasks, saving you time and effort while improving your workflow.
Working with our customers over the years, we’ve built many custom MVA reports. Some of those reports have become very popular. Today, we’d like to share seven of them.
- Unbilled by OCF Document: This report will help you pull up a list of charges that have been recorded, but have never been invoiced. Always ensure your HCAI invoice submissions are up-to-date. Did you know that you can issue 100s of invoices under 60 seconds?
- OCF Remaining App QTY Amount per Item: Generate this report to review the quantity of remaining appointments for each service on a Treatment Plan.
- Charges to Invoice for MVA Patients with EHC: MVA case files with extended health benefits require additional work and attention. This report helps gain insight into these types of cases.
- Outstanding 30 Days Invoices by Adjuster: Running this report will help speed up the collections process. You only need to contact the adjuster once about all outstanding files managed by that adjuster. When payments to OCF-21 invoices are past due for 30 or more days, you are entitled to apply interest on top of the unpaid amount. Find more information on our blog.
- MVA Patient Cases by Account Activity: This report will ease the preparation for the mandatory FSCO’s Annual Information Return – their yearly gathering of information about business practices to perform market analysis, risk assessment and oversight of service providers. This report will list all active MVA patient files that continue to be processed via HCAI.
- Patients Without OCF-3s on File: The list of patients who are missing Disability Certificates on file is just a click away. Don’t guess where it is, just pull it up!
- Dispute Summary: This report will ease the preparation for a dispute by presenting data – such as patients’ demographics, documentation summary and outstanding balance.
