The Antibex Software team is always on top of the latest updates and changes within practice management, and we keep you in the know. Here are two updates that will affect your system in the coming weeks:
Universal Office Update
Get ready for changes coming your way the first week of November. One of the most anticipated changes will be coming from Universal Office. What can you expect from this update? For starters, our server side will now be compatible with Windows 10 Pro. Exciting, right? And there’s more!
Along with many other Universal Office improvements, this update will include the latest HCAI adjustments we talked about in one of our previous blog posts.
As usual, the details of what’s included in the update will be listed in the Release Notes and posted along with instructions on support.antibex.com. And an email will be sent to all active Universal Office subscribers, informing them once the update is available for download.
HCAI Update
In their September bulletin, HCAI published their System Release 3.14 update schedule, which will cause the system to be unavailable between 5:00p.m. (ET) Friday, October 30, 2015, and 8:00a.m. (ET) Monday, November 2, 2015. During this time, you will not be able to submit OCFs to HCAI from Universal Office, nor will you be able to sign in to your online HCAI portal.
