Many of your patients have already been booking their Universal Office appointments online, but we want you to have even more flexibility.
That’s why we are thrilled to introduce our new Online Booking for providers!
As a clinic manager or provider, you can now view ALL provider calendars (or those calendars that you’ve been granted access to) right from your smartphone or a browser, at any time. You will also be able to change appointment status when a patient arrives, cancels, or misses their appointment.
If you haven’t yet heard, we’ve recently changed the name of our web-based system to CaseRM, check out our UFILO has a new name: CaseRM article to find out what it has in store for you (and it’s free, too!). For now, all appointments you book will be stored inside the CaseRM calendar. However, we are already working to allow you to book directly from CaseRM into Universal Office.
IMPORTANT: At the moment, CaseRM Calendar will only allow you to view existing scheduled appointments, but not book appointments (not yet, that is).
What’s Next?
Over the next few weeks, we will be extending functionality to allow for scheduling new appointments and making changes to existing appointments.
The dates below are when we expect upcoming features to start rolling out:
