As the year winds down, we’ve looked at all we’ve accomplished in just 365 days. It’s quite a lot of progress, so we wanted to remind you about all the new features that became available in 2016.
So just how much have we accomplished? Let us count the ways:
- We improved the file storage module, improving technology and performance.
- We debuted a new Help Centre.
- We piloted Form 1 on HCAI, along with updated claim forms.
- You helped us pilot our new TELUS eClaims module.
- We introduced the future of case management – UFILO!
- We launched our online Client Portal, allowing you to manage your Universal Office subscription.
- We changed the way we deliver training and introduced our new training packages.
- And finally, we’re moving offices for a fresh start to 2017!
Our proudest accomplishments on this list are the roll-out of UFILO and piloting TELUS eClaims.
As we introduced back in October, UFILO (inspired by “you file online”) is our brand new cloud-based case management platform that utilizes Adaptive Case Management (ACM) to give your practice more mobility and collaboration in the future. Look forward to more innovative technologies in 2017 within this powerful platform.
After initiating the pilot phase of our TELUS eClaims module, we successfully tested with the TELUS eClaims compliance team. This means that you will soon be able to send extended health claims right from your practice manage system. And as we continue simplifying the EHC eClaims process, expect new features and improvements in the coming months!
