Formerly UFILO, CaseRM was first introduced in the fall of 2016. At that time it allowed you to manage Universal Office subscriptions online.
Over the past several months, we’ve been hard at work bringing you new and exciting features. Last year, we introduced online booking for patients – with the goal to help your clinic grow by freeing up valuable staff time. Just last week, we introduced a service for providers that allows for booking patient appointments on any internet-enabled device! Other newly added apps include case files, contacts and calendar.
